We awoke bright and early. Taxi was in time (4:00 am) and we were at the airport the 3 hours early that we were told we had to be
So here we are at 5:00am. And the checkin counter doesn’t open till 6:00am. We could’ve had an extra hour of sleep!
Anywho the airport is beautiful and very large!!!
We had to go through security to even enter the airport
Then we had to go security and passport check
Then we had to go through security to get in the gate area. This check was very thorough. Went through every nook and cranny in your carryon items. They were at group 6 boarding by the time we got done (we were group 1). They finally stopped this check point with about 10 people behind us.
But we are on board and settled in
